Okay, here's mine:
1. Budweiser
2. 8 2/3? IDK, started w/ a tall boy, switched to 12oz, now back to tall boys. My conversion rate might be off.
3. Drink of choice is Yuengling or Whisky Sours. We've got a bar down here that does Yuengling drafts for $1.50 and fresh squeezed Whisky Sours for $2.50. It's hard to pass up either.

1) Tito's and ice nightcap
2) Earlier was sake with ramen, and before that was a porter with a rye whiskey. It's been a pretty drinking-ey Thursday.
3) Bourbon

Gotta give that Laphroaig a try.

Decided to get a little loose tonight.
Started off with some Kingstons. They turned out wonderfully with Ballast Point's Old Grove Gin and Three Sheets Rum. Turns out they do booze as good as they do beer.
Then I had a bottle of my favorite cider, Green Goblin. Because nobody can make fun of you for drinking cider if it's oak-aged.
Then I had beer in this order: Eel River Blonde, Lost Coast Great White, Mother Earth Cali Creamin', Drake's Black Lager, Lost Coast Downtown Brown, Bell's Best Porter, and Ballast Point Victory at Sea.
Now I'm enjoying my second snifter of 21 year old Zacapa.
I also at a steak. It's been a good night.

1. cheap rose

3. Tito's and diet tonic w/ a lemon wedge.

1.) Bohemia Weizen
2.) 3
3.) No real drink of choice, its a tie between beer, wine, and gin.
![]() 02/13/2015 at 00:43 |

My store had a wine event tonight that I went tonight, so I had a bunch of red wine from various local vineyards.
Don't know how many, they were mostly taster size glasses. Oh and one gin & tonic. Enough for a nice buzz.
Normally like craft brews, gin & tonic, or red wine. So this was right up my alley.
![]() 02/13/2015 at 00:44 |

Regular drink is pretty much whatever San Diego craft beer I happen to be in the mood for.
![]() 02/13/2015 at 00:44 |

If you can find it I can't recommend Natty Daddy enough. It's strong, cheap, and not to bad a taste. Icehouse Edge is similar if you can find it.

That and Lagavulin were how I was was introduced to scotch. Ruined me forever.

I had to look up what Sunoco is. Nice, you guys get much west coast craft beer out there?
Here in SoCal every 7/11 has at least 2-3 full refrigerator doors of craft beer to choose from.

I had one of those Expo 58's last night. Was literally the worst beer I have ever had in my life. I'm assuming that some of the batch has an issue. That or the nearly 2000 different beers I've had over the last decade plus haven't trained me. Ninkasi generally does some really great things, but the bottle I had last night, I don't even want to try it again.

Can't go wrong with chocolate milk!

Right now, pinot noir from a box (tip - when the tap goes dry, break open the cardboard box and cut open the bag with scissors, get at least another full glass that way).
Ordinarily, Yuengling for beer and Beaujolais for wine. No solid preference on cocktails.

Yeah we do, Florida is a fairly civilized place despite all reports to the contrary.
As far as Sunoco goes, all you need to know is that they sell race gas and craft beer. What more could you ask for?

;) And pic 2, middle girl, would definitely take on a nice seafood dinner.

1) mango juice
2) 1
3) Beer:lagunitas or Sierra Nevada.
Whiskey: Jack Daniels
Rhum: Tanduay
I'm giving my liver the night off since I might be drinking excessively this weekend. Don't drink unless somebody else is driving!

Lol. We used to meet up at the Sunoco to go a-racin' when I went to UM. They had a beer cave full of bad beer. But that was before the big craft beer craze.

I think it's a product of spending lots of time in Latin America, but despite my Scotch-Irish blood, I find all whiskey to be exceedingly boring. I find top-notch tequila and rum to be much more satisfying.
![]() 02/13/2015 at 01:25 |

Where did you find that?
![]() 02/13/2015 at 01:26 |

TBH, I prefer rum myself. Living on a tropical island'll do that to ya.

Ah yes, I know it well. I did college in Miami, and we cruised up for a shuttle launch once and hung out for a few days.
In other news, I have indeed switched to tequila. I'm almost out of Cava de Oro (the best tequila I've come across in my extensive samplings), and I'm not going back to Mexico for awhile, so tonight we're enjoying the hugely underappreciated Tres Manos. Aged 3 years in white oak, 3 years in American oak, and 3 years in used bourbon barrels. Delightful.

Some quick beer math tells me: 3 tall boys + 11 shorties = DRUNK. If anyone comes up with a different answer for this equation please post it, and show your work so I can verify.

I may be late but...
Currently drinking nothing.
Had a massive grab bag of a few rainer, a pbr, a shock top(bad but free),and a devastator.
Drink of choice is usually Rainer. Cheap. Not too bad. Works.

That sounds outstanding. As for 'The Beach' as we call it, tropical paradise is lost on the natives. I've grown up here and it's simply a black hole of unbelievably nice weather, cheap endless booze, and bikinis. Once you cross the event horizon, you'll never escape.

I am presently drinking a Welsh Malt Whisky.
Penderyn (pronounced Pen-daer-in) is the only whisky distillery in Wales.
So to any Welsh folks out there in Oppo-land, Cymru-am-byth.
Welsh national anthem if your feeling patriotic, "Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau" (The Land Of My Fathers).

I just moved to Mexico recently, it's brewed here in the city that I live. I have been trying out all the new brews. A difficult task, but someone has to do it.

Come on that's cheating. I only know a few Welsh words, phrases and sentences.
I had to use Google to translate that though.
I'm English. I'm from Cumbria on the English side of the England/Scotland border.
Wales is well, further down. My national anthem for England and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is God Save The Queen, though Jerusalem is also in many eyes seen as the national anthem of England.
I won't deny a shed a few tears just now listening to this again.
Jerusalem and God Save The Queen at the Proms.
I am and forever shall remain your humble servant.
God Save The Queen, long may she reign over us.

My father's side is Scot und Deutsch. My mother's side is English and long lost Celt. If ye could only see my brother; 6'3," blue-eyed and blonde. Myself having been green-eyed and blonde in youth, but blue-eyed now at 25, Celt as could be, with a dash o' the north, though not a knowin the language. We're long-spoiled by the tropic delights o' the land of flowers .

Reading Iain Banks' "Raw Spirit" on touring Scotland's regions and distilleries. In addition to being a badass writer (who we lost too soon), he was a scotch affectionado and a bit of a car guy. I'll post up a review when I'm done.
